Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since your order, we will grant refunds on a case by case basis.

Reusable Menstrual Pads
We understand that trying a new product can be challenging. To help make your decision easier, we recommend that you wash and try one pad first before washing the rest.

No Hard Feelings
If you find that you do not like the pads, you may return the remaining unused and unwashed pads within 60 days for a partial refund.

Incorrect Size?
If you have tried one pad and realized that it's not the right size for you, you can return the remaining unused and unwashed pads and exchange it for another.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require your order number, full name, and shipping address sent to our email address: support@cariona.com

Refunds (if applicable)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • We cannot refund shipping costs used to send and/or return your order to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  support@cariona.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can be refunded on a case by case basis.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for any other reason/s, send us an email at  support@cariona.com.

Shipping
Cariona is not responsible for shipments lost in the mail without insurance. Please contact USPS or your selected shipping company.

Cariona will pay for the return label of an item if there was a mistake made on our side of the transaction (wrong size, missing items, etc). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if there are no mistakes in the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
