How Many Reusable Pads Do I Need Per Cycle?
We recommend having 10 to 15 reusable pads per cycle. Some people need fewer, especially if your period lasts only 2 to 3 days, while others prefer having more on hand.
If you wash pads regularly during your cycle, you can comfortably get by with fewer than 10.
Do Cloth Pads Slide or Shift While Worn?
For the best fit and to prevent shifting, we recommend wearing snug, full coverage underwear made from a thicker material. Lace or very thin, flimsy underwear won't hold the pad snap securely in place.
