Shipping Policy

Getting your order to you quickly and safely is very important to us. Here's everything you need to know about shipping reusable pads from Cariona.

Processing & Carriers

All orders ship from the USA. Most orders go out same day or within 1 to 2 business days. We work with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, and international customers can choose their preferred carrier at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. Questions? Email us anytime at support@cariona.com.

Average Shipping Times

  • USA: 3 to 7 business days
  • International: 3 to 28 business days, depending on the carrier you select at checkout

Service transit time is set by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Times may run longer during peak holiday season.

Shipping Protection

At checkout, you can choose free standard shipping or insured shipping for just $0.99.

  • Insured Shipping ($0.99): If your package is lost or goes missing in transit, just reach out to us. We'll handle the claim and get a replacement on its way to you.
  • Free Standard Shipping: If your package is lost or goes missing in transit, you'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL). We're happy to help point you in the right direction if you're not sure how.

We always recommend insured shipping for the fastest resolution and total peace of mind.

If Your Order Is Running Late

  • USA orders: If it's been more than 7 days since you received your shipping confirmation, reach out to us. We'll look into it and help however we can. Our goal is your satisfaction.
  • International orders: If it's been more than 45 days, please contact us and we'll help sort it out.

A Few Important Notes

  • Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Cariona isn't able to make changes once an order has shipped, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away and we'll fix it before it ships.
  • Please make sure your mailbox or delivery location is one you trust. We have no way of knowing the conditions at your address, so it's on you to choose a safe place for deliveries.
  • We can't control delays caused by customs, weather, or the postal service.
  • International orders may be subject to customs or duty fees set by your country's customs agency. These fees aren't included in your order total and are your responsibility to pay.

"Delivered" but Not There Yet?

Sometimes USPS marks a package as delivered a day early due to GPS timing. If this happens, please wait one more business day. It usually shows up the next day.

If it still hasn't arrived, call your local USPS post office, not the national hotline. Local offices can tell you who delivered the package and what happened that day, and they're usually very helpful with these questions.

If your package is still missing after that, please reach out to us and we'll work with you on next steps.
