Return & Refund Policy

Our return window is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we will consider refunds on a case by case basis.

Reusable Menstrual Pads

We understand that trying a new product can feel like a big decision. To help, we recommend washing and trying just one pad first, then keeping the rest sealed and unused until you've decided the pads are right for you.

No Hard Feelings

If you decide the pads aren't for you, you can return the remaining unused, unwashed pads within 30 days for a partial refund. The one pad you washed and tried is not eligible for return, since reusable pads cannot be resold once washed for hygiene reasons.

Incorrect Size?

If you've tried one pad and it's not the right size, you can return the remaining unused, unwashed pads and exchange them for a different size.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all returned pads (aside from the one trial pad) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, email your order number, full name, and shipping address to support@cariona.com.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm we've received it, along with the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a standard processing window.
  • Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
  • Next, contact your credit card company, since it can take time for a refund to officially post.
  • If it's been a while, contact your bank directly, as there's often additional processing time on their end.

Sale Items

Sale items can be refunded on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

We replace items free of charge only if they arrive defective or damaged. Defective items are also covered under our 5-Year Quality Promise. For any other exchange request, email us at support@cariona.com and we'll take care of you.

Shipping for Returns

If a return is needed because of a mistake on our end, such as the wrong size or a missing item, we'll cover your return shipping label. If the order itself was correct and you're returning by choice, you're responsible for return shipping costs, and those costs are non refundable.

Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

If you're returning an item worth more than 30 dollars, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We can't guarantee that a returned package will reach us, the same way we ask customers to choose insured shipping on outgoing orders for added peace of mind.

Lost or Missing Packages
