How to Use

Sterilize your cup in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes before first use and at the start of each cycle

Fold and insert the cup using your preferred fold (C-fold, punch-down, or 7-fold)

Empty every 8 to 12 hours, rinse, and reinsert
- At the end of your cycle, sterilize again and store in a clean, breathable pouch
Care and washing
- Wash with mild, fragrance-free soap and warm water
- Sterilize in boiling water at the start and end of each cycle
- Avoid oil-based soaps, bleach, and harsh chemicals
- Store in a clean, breathable pouch (not airtight)
