At Cariona, we believe in making pads that last. That's why every Cariona reusable menstrual pad is backed by our 5-Year Defect Guarantee. If your pad arrives with or develops a manufacturing defect within 5 years of purchase, we'll replace it free.
This promise reflects how much we trust our materials, our quality control, and the team that hand-vets every batch.
What's Covered
Our guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Broken or detached snaps
- Torn or unraveling seams
- Faulty stitching that causes the pad to fall apart
- Manufacturing flaws present at delivery
What's NOT Covered
Our guarantee does not cover:
- Staining or discoloration from normal use
- Damage caused by bleach, fabric softener, or harsh detergents
- Wear and tear from regular use beyond reasonable expectations
- Cosmetic changes such as faded patterns
- Damage from improper care (please follow our washing instructions)
- Pads purchased from third-party resellers or unauthorized retailers
How to Make a Claim
Filing a claim is simple. Just email us at support@cariona.com with the following:
- A clear photo of the defect
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of what happened
We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll ship you a free replacement at no cost.
Eligibility
- Claim must be made within 5 years of the original purchase date
- Guarantee applies to the original purchaser only
- Pads must have been purchased directly from cariona.com
- Pads must have been cared for according to our washing guidelines
